Tabrani Abby, S.H., M.Hum., graduated with a Bachelor of Laws from Sriwijaya University, Palembang, and a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University, Yogyakarta.
He is an Advocate, Mediator, and Curator/Administrator with experience handling corporate litigation disputes in civil, general and specific criminal law, administrative law, public information disputes, intellectual property rights, election result disputes, press issues, bankruptcy/PKPU, political party disputes, land issues, industrial relations disputes, arbitration, banking credit, KPPU partnerships, and others.
Previously, he worked at the Indonesian Legal Aid Foundation (YLBHI) assisting activists and human rights defenders in implementing human rights programs and structural legal aid movements in Indonesia.
He has been actively involved in organizational roles at the National PERADI Board (DPN PERADI) and as a member of the Honorary Council of the Indonesian Curators and Administrators Association (AKPI). He is currently a mediator at the National Mediation Center (PMN), and a member and advisor at the Central Jakarta PERADI Branch (DPC PERADI Jakarta Pusat) and the Indonesian Advocates Association (AAI).

Currently, Parardhya is pursuing a master’s degree at Universitas Indonesia, further strengthening her expertise and academic credentials in the field of law. Parardhya has accumulated significant experience in the legal field and is actively involved in handling commercial litigation cases, representing clients in various legal disputes. Ahmad Budi Jatmiko, S.H., is an experienced lawyer who has handled various litigation cases for over four years. Efan has provided advice and represented leading companies in commercial and consumer disputes at all levels in Indonesia, as well as in alternative dispute resolution institutions. Efan has also assisted individual and corporate clients in law enforcement actions by the Indonesian government in investigations of corporate and white-collar crimes by the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic of Indonesia, the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Indonesian National Police, and the Corruption Eradication Commission.
Efan obtained his law degree in 2020 from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia.
Before joining MRP Law Office, Evert worked at a major corporate law firm in Jakarta that specialized in Chinese investors, state-owned mining companies, and multinational companies in the financial sector. Evert assists MRP Law Office clients in corporate matters and litigation cases in Indonesia. Evert has completed the Special Education for the Advocate Profession and passed the Advocate Profession Exam from the Indonesian Advocates Association (Peradi) and has obtained a Peradi license to practice law.
Evert is fluent in English.
Galih Wahyu Wicaksono holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law at Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law.
During his studies, Galih joined campus organizations such as the Faculty of Law Student Executive Board and the Capital Market Study Community, and he participated in national-level inter-faculty law competitions.
